Every human being possesses two distinct parts of consciousness and thought. The first part is the “Conscious Mind,” which controls the physical body while awake and alert; everything we do must pass through the operation of this conscious mind. The second part is the “Subconscious Mind” or the “True Authentic Self.” This part of the mind remains hidden and will not manifest as long as we still operate through the conscious mind. If we wish to access the universal knowledge of the cosmos, we must first tune the frequency of our “Conscious Mind” to perfectly align with our “Subconscious Mind.” Only then can we pose our questions, allowing the subconscious mind to act as a medium to seek out the answers from the universe.

Everything in the cosmos exists in a state of relativity and is governed by the laws of space and time. “Relativity” means that one thing can only exist because another thing exists to define it. For instance, hypothetically, if the entire universe contained nothing but light, and everywhere you looked was filled with absolute brightness, that brightness would no longer be called “light”—simply because there would be no darkness left to serve as a comparison.

Everything is subject to a continuous cycle of transformation, changing from one state to another. It revolves in a perpetual loop of “Inception, Existence, and Transformation,” ultimately ending only to begin anew. Examples of this include the turning of seasons or the transition between day and night. Therefore, the duration it takes for one thing to transform into another depends entirely on the energy driving it and the relative distance between those elements.

All things in existence originate from the exact same source.

Matter is in a constant state of vibration. Similar matters are naturally drawn to one another, merging into oneness through positive frequencies—which is, in essence, the “Frequency of Love.” This magnetic fusion gives birth to all things, such as minerals, earth, water, plants, animals, and human beings.

All frequencies are continuously emitted by plants, animals, and most intensely by humans, who possess the unique capacity to generate the most concentrated frequencies, both positive and negative. These thoughts and emotions create powerful vibrations that cause elements deep beneath the Earth’s crust to erupt, driving the planet’s rotation and forming the Milky Way and surrounding galaxies. Thus, humanity is the ultimate driver of the universe.

Humans are essentially clusters of energy. This energy is generated by the vibrations of cells within the body, which vibrate at either a positive or negative frequency depending on our thoughts and the words we project onto things. By the Law of the Universe, like attracts like; what you think is what you manifest. This implies that we are, in fact, the creators—the gods of our reality—and the world will always mirror what we think.

We are meant to practice appreciation, recognizing our own inherent value and the value of everything around us, both living and non-living.

Today, humans are unconsciously emitting far too many negative frequencies. Combined with technologies that destroy the environment, this is precipitating a massive global catastrophe in the near future. Now, the entire world must unite to generate the highest possible volume of positive frequencies. We can achieve this by:

To attain a truly positive frequency, it must be channeled through a conscious mind that acts without any hidden agendas. For example, giving a gift to someone must stem from pure intention—a sincere desire for the recipient’s happiness—not for one’s own ego, personal happiness, or to accumulate merit for heaven.

Nature’s method of generating the frequency of love is through natural disasters or the mass loss of animal life. These catastrophic events serve as catalysts that compel humanity to learn to help others affected by the crises, prompting us to place greater importance on environmental issues.

Love exists in 4 distinct levels: Level 1: Offering love to those less fortunate than us. For instance, when someone encounters a human or an animal starving and desperate, they can easily extend help because they perceive that the other is in a worse position than themselves. Level 2: Offering love to our equals. These are the people we encounter daily—colleagues, customers, neighbors, and fellow human beings. To offer love to this group, one must transcend and let go of the fear of being taken advantage of. Level 3: Offering love to those who are above us. This means loving those who are wealthier, more talented, or enjoy a better quality of life. This level of love is an expression of genuine joy and celebration for the blessings others possess. Level 4: Offering love to our enemies or those we harbor hatred toward. No matter how much you despise someone, and no matter how evil they may be, the moment hatred resides in your heart, it means you have already crossed over to their side. Therefore, we must transmute that hatred into pure, unconditional love, offering total forgiveness in every circumstance. The entire universe immediately reveres anyone who achieves this as a highly evolved being or a Higher Consciousness. We must constantly develop our capacity for love until it reaches Level 4 at all times, ensuring our survival during the shift in the Earth’s magnetic fields.

When aligned with positive thought, love manifests as giving, sharing, happiness, and a deep sense of fulfillment upon seeing the ones we love happy. Conversely, when driven by negative thought or fear, love distorts into jealousy, possessiveness, hoarding, and a desire for exclusive ownership. The urge to keep things entirely to oneself stems from the concept of separation. When we feel separate from others, it inevitably breeds a sense of profound loneliness and isolation.

The hallmark of a highly evolved being is the ability to constantly vibrate at Level 4 love, while possessing the wisdom to question and seek answers independently by projecting their consciousness into the universe to retrieve ultimate truths.

The method to self-evaluate whether we have attained the status of a highly evolved being manifests when we encounter an enragible situation: Stage 1: Reacting to anger immediately through physical expression, such as physically harming or verbally abusing the provocateur. Both parties have now unleashed negative energy into the world, resulting in mutual resentment, grudges, and a karmic entanglement that forces them to meet again in the future to resolve this lesson. Stage 2: Feeling anger internally but refraining from physical expression. This state still releases negative energy and constitutes a karmic entanglement through thought (mental karma). Stage 3: Feeling anger, refraining from physical expression, and eventually forgiving the wrongdoer. The speed of forgiveness depends on individual spiritual skills. Although forgiveness is achieved, a karmic entanglement has already occurred because negative energy was emitted in the initial moment, meaning one will still have to face the exact same situation again. A highly evolved being must operate exclusively at Stage 4: absolutely no negative frequencies must be emitted from the very beginning, regardless of how provoking or infuriating the situation is. Beyond harboring no hatred, they must simultaneously project a frequency of pure love back out into the situation.

The ultimate pinnacle of evolution is when we can express “Love” naturally, through a consciousness of truly pure love—pure both before and after the process of action.

• “Before” means using a pure heart of love to drive our actions without any hidden motives or expectations of anything in return. It is an action born from the profound inner knowing that it is good, and thus, choosing to do it.

• “After” means completely eradicating and purifying any remaining karmic consequences across all spans of time. For example, the exact second we decide to forgive someone who took advantage of us and sincerely project love and goodwill toward them, the immediate result is that we create no resentment in them, nor do we create a bond of vengeance that would entangle us to reincarnate together in the future. Simultaneously, we untie and resolve the old cosmic contracts made in the past. In conclusion, a single pure action purifies all 3 realms: Past, Present, and Future.

Anxiety and fear dominate human consciousness, starting from the smallest aspects of survival, such as food—even though sustenance exists in abundance, more than enough for everyone on Earth. We drive everything through fear, whether it is marriage, career, education, or governance—and even the one realm that should be entirely overflowing with love: religion.

How do we free ourselves from fear?
